About Truffe Juice
A powerful aroma that will help your Customers well in the kitchen…what am I talking about? Now you can give them the opportunity to increase the taste of their dishes with our Truffle Juice (or Jus de Truffe Noire).
In our laboratory, we have just created this product because we know that your Customers are looking for an easy and quick way to bring their dishes to the next level.
We have talked about Truffle products like Sprinkles, Cheese, and Vegetarian Cream, but I think this is the first time you read about truffle juice. This product with a special truffle flavor year-round will easily take dishes from bland to brilliant in seconds.
How to use Truffle Juice
Like the majority of our products, this juice is very easy to use. It is just enough to add it to the pan after having cooked red meat, or to flavor vinaigrette or mashed potatoes, or simply for watering poultry or meat.
Just keep in mind that in general, truffle does not like to be heated, otherwise, it may lose its flavor.
It has to be added just like slices of black truffles (fresh or our Saporalia Lamelle slices), only at the end of the recipe preparation, whenever possible.
As I have just said, it is very easy and quick to use but I want to suggest you some simple dishes with black truffle juice:
- Potato puree
- Boiled egg with bread fingers in this sauce
- Quail scrambled eggs with this sauce and green asparagus
