This rare product, has been then transformed in the greatest temptations of every lover of the Italian Gourmet, that are not jealously protected in this casket.

Let’s find out something more about the treasure you have just found.

About the truffle treasure

Truffle is a delicate product with a strong and particular flavor that captivates the finest palates. Given his special characteristics, it is not made for every recipe, but it must be treated as it deserves. This is why we have created 3 sauces that best enhance its qualities:

  • Truffle Sauce
  • Sauce with White Truffle
  • Artichokes and Summer Truffle Sauce

Truffle Sauce

The Truffle Sauce is one of our best sellers thanks to its truffle and mushroom notes. We suggest using 15-20g of sauce per person. You can use it cold on toasted bread or warm in a pan for cooking pasta. You can prepare more elaborated recipes by adding fresh cream, melted cheese, béchamel, butter, oil, mayonnaise.

Sauce with White Truffle

The rarest truffle is the protagonist of this rich sauce, the ideal condiment for croutons and fillings for appetizers, first and second courses, omelets and as a base for all truffle dishes.

To make the most of the quality of the product, it is recommended to use a quantity of 15-20 g of cream per person, heating for 5 minutes in a pan after adding only salt and extra virgin olive oil.

Artichokes and Summer Truffle Sauce

The flavour and taste of artichokes along with summer truffle a perfect combination creating a unique and appetizing sauce.

Perfect for pasta and canapés, excellent dressing for croutons, pizzas and cheese, ideal for sandwiches and any other dishes.

To optimally exploit the qualities of the product, we recommend using 30/40 g of product per person, placing it directly on the pan with the pasta for example. If you like, add the ParmigianoReggiano cheese.
